Three-day celebration includes vintage racing, custom bikes, seminars, swap meet and more
PICKERINGTON, Ohio — KTM’s Ride Orange program will showcase eight KTM street models that attendees can take for free demo rides during of AMA Vintage Motorcycle Days, July 8-10 at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course in Lexington, Ohio.
While AMA Vintage Motorcycle Days focuses on classic bikes, it’s also thrilling to throw a leg over a brand new bike, experience the open road and see how far technology has come. Riders will enjoy a 20- to 25-minute loop through the countryside surrounding the Mid-Ohio facility.
“KTM is excited to be a part of AMA Vintage Motorcycle Days for the ninth year,” said KTM Ride Orange Manager Mark Hyde. “We always have a great turnout at this event, and we are looking forward to the 2016 event. Being from Ohio, it is always good time to be involved in events of this caliber in your home state.”
Hyde said KTM will have all the new and improved 2016 street models to choose from.
“With bike sizes from 390cc to 1,290cc, KTM should have a model that is right for every rider,” he said.
Bikes available to demo include: KTM RC 390, 390 Duke, 690 Enduro, 690 Duke, 1190 Adventure, 1190 Adventure R, 1290 Adventure and 1290 Duke.
